Parent Involvement

Parents are invited to contribute and to be involved in the centre's planning, programming and operation.

The centre provides opportunities by planning:-

Special Event Activities to allow family members and other members of the community to participate in the centre's activities and therefore expand the children's interests and knowledge.

Excursions / Incursions - A great opportunity to meet other parents and your child's friends.

Parent/Staff Meetings to discuss interesting topic that relate to families and learning.

Accreditation and policy meeting - to allow for changes in practice due to up-dated information and knowledge.

Newsletters and questionnaires are used to inform and gather information about each family and its culture, so the child and family can be involved.

Programming - we invite you to participate in your child's learning by adding ideas and activities to the weekly program.
